Photo and privacy notice

We use your information only to take payment, create and deliver your order, provide support and understand how the shop is working.
What we collect
- Name, email, delivery phone number and address.
- Names, descriptions, stories and reference photos you choose to provide for the artwork.
- Order, payment status and shipment information. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive your complete card number.
- Basic shop activity and campaign information, such as pages visited, checkout steps and UTM campaign labels.
How we use it
We use this information to create your illustration, send previews and order updates, arrange production and delivery, prevent payment errors, provide customer support, and measure whether the shop and advertising are working.
Reference photos
Photos are private order materials. We do not use your photos to train AI models, publish them, or use them in advertising without separate permission. Please upload only photos you are entitled to share, especially when a child appears in the photo.
Who may receive information
Only the services needed to operate the order may receive relevant information: secure hosting and storage providers, Stripe, email delivery, production partners, and the delivery carrier. Each receives only what is reasonably needed for its role.
Advertising choices
If you allow Meta advertising cookies and contact matching, Meta receives shop events and may use hashed versions of the buyer's checkout email and phone number to match them to a Meta account. Hashing does not make the data anonymous. We exclude names, addresses, birth dates, gender, photos and personalisation descriptions. Matching is limited to checkout pages. Declining disables Meta measurement and matching. Change advertising cookie settings.
Storage and deletion
Private links and access controls protect order photos and details. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to make, deliver and support the order, and to meet accounting or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete reference photos that are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, or request deletion where it is no longer required. Marketing messages are optional and use a separate choice from purchasing.
